01

Strategy

Decide what to build

I work with founders and product leads on the upstream questions. What to build with AI, what to skip, and what kind of person to hire for the long-term seat. Engagements run one to four weeks and end with a written plan you can act on.

02

Prototype

Build the first working version

I build the first running version of an AI product or feature, alone or with one or two of your engineers. Four to twelve weeks. The deliverable is software in production with evals you trust, never a slide deck.

03

Fractional

Sit inside the team

Two or three days a week for a quarter or two. I run the AI roadmap from inside your product team and help you find and onboard the permanent hire who replaces me.
