How I work

01 / Diagnose
CHF 8,000–20,000 · 1–4 weeks
Maybe it's "should we build this with an LLM or a classifier?" or "what's the actual path from prototype to production?". I spend a focused stretch with your team, look at your code and your context, and write you a plan you can act on the week after.
You walk away with: A written diagnostic, a recommended path, and an honest read on what your team can ship in the next six months.
02 / Prototype
CHF 25,000–80,000 · 4–12 weeks
I build the first working version, alone or with one or two of your engineers. By the end you have software running in production, evals you trust, and a hand-off plan your team can own.
You walk away with: A working product surface deployed, the code, the evals, a written runbook for the team taking it over.
03 / Embed
CHF 15,000–25,000 / month · 2–3 days a week · 1–2 quarters
You're not ready to hire one yet. I sit inside your product team, run the AI roadmap, do the technical hiring, and help you find the permanent person who takes over from me.
You walk away with: A working AI product practice, a hired team, a successor in the seat before I leave.

ThitsaWorks had spent six-plus years building deep expertise in Inclusive Instant Payment Systems across more than ten countries. The brief was to make that knowledge accessible at scale: central banks, regulators, and payment operators needed reliable answers without routing every question through a senior consultant. I built a production assistant on a verified knowledge base, with a citation layer that eliminates hallucination and a bilingual English/French interface their clients could use directly.
